8 Simple Steps for using National Vendor...

  1. Submit claim via fax, email, website or phone.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email along with a link to claimstatus.net so you can check the status of the claim any time you want.
  3. We contact the insured, go over each and every item to verify exactly what they had and offer replacement as an option.
  4. We research each item to come up with true like, kind and quality replacement models at the best possible price.
  5. The adjuster is emailed a spreadsheet quote which includes ACV capabilities usually within 24-48 hours of receiving the claim.
  6. In case of insured wishing to replace items, we only proceed with WRITTEN approval from both the adjuster and the insured.
  7. With both written approvals, National Vendor sets up replacements at local stores in the insured's area and ships out any remaining items
  8. Final Invoice emailed or faxed to the adjuster for any replacing items.
